NeroMail: 60-Minute Temporary Email — Paid with Monero (Privacy Demo)

Last updated: December 26th, 2025

This page goes along with my video where I walk through NeroMail — a simple, privacy-friendly way to get a temporary email inbox that lasts for 60 minutes and then deletes itself.

The idea is simple: sometimes you need to receive a quick email such as a download link, account verification, or newsletter signup, but you don’t want spam filling your normal inbox or being tied to your identity. NeroMail helps with that.

What this video shows step-by-step

In the video, I start by visiting Monerica and locating NeroMail inside the privacy tools directory. From there, I show exactly how the service works from beginning to end.

  • How to find NeroMail on Monerica
  • What NeroMail actually is and who it’s useful for
  • How to generate a temporary inbox that lasts for 60 minutes
  • Paying for the inbox using Monero
  • Seeing the email address and countdown timer appear
  • Sending a test email to the address
  • Receiving and opening attachments
  • Refreshing the page to view new emails
  • What happens when the timer runs out

Throughout the walkthrough, I also explain why disposable inboxes are useful — mainly for reducing spam, improving privacy, and not giving out your main email address when you don’t have to.

How NeroMail works in the demo

After creating the inbox, I send myself an email to test that everything works correctly. I include an attachment to see if NeroMail can handle files as well as regular text emails.

One thing I point out in the video is that NeroMail does not automatically refresh the inbox. To see new emails, you simply reload the page, and the new messages appear. It works just like a normal inbox, only temporary.

The inbox remains active for the entire sixty minutes. During that time, I could continue receiving additional messages if I wanted. Once the countdown reaches zero, the inbox is permanently deleted along with all of the messages.

Important notes

NeroMail is receive-only. You can’t send email from it, and it should not be used for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. It’s designed purely as a privacy tool and for convenience when you don’t want to expose your real inbox.

This video is simply a demonstration of how the service works, not tax, legal, or financial advice.

Where to find NeroMail

You can find NeroMail listed on Monerica under:

Businesses → Email Providers / Forwarders → NeroMail

If you want to better control who has your email address, tools like this can be really helpful. Use them responsibly, and only where it makes sense.
